Who we are

This website is run by Jellystack Software, which builds Vendwise. For anything about this notice or your personal information, write to hello@vendwise.co.uk.

This notice covers the website only. When an organisation uses Vendwise, it decides what personal information goes into the product, and our handling of it is set out in our agreement with that organisation.

What we collect on this website

This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. It does not set cookies. See the cookies page.

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and may keep it in logs for a short time to run the service and keep it secure.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of our conversation. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the conversation and any follow-up, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Write to hello@vendwise.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
