Questionnaires
Ask your own questions, and only the ones that apply.
Start from the built-in security, privacy and resilience questionnaire, or write your own. Branching keeps it short for the supplier; priorities tell your reviewers where to look.
Build it the way you think about suppliers
- Six answer types, sections you can reorder, and branching built from plain choices: ask this only when an earlier answer is, or is not, one of these.
- Combine conditions with “all” or “any”. Enhanced-only questions appear just for services that need a deeper review.
- Upload questions can list which certificates you accept, such as Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 or a SOC 2 Type II report.
- Preview it as a supplier would see it, at standard or enhanced depth, before anyone receives it.
Weighting without a score
- Mark questions critical, important or standard, and list the answers you expect. Suppliers never see either.
- Reviewers get a list of answers to look at, most important first, with a one-click start on a finding. It never produces a number and never raises a finding by itself.
- Reusable requirements live in a library and are copied into questionnaires, so editing the library never changes one already in use.
Versions that hold still
- Drafts save as you type and are protected from two people overwriting each other.
- Publishing freezes a version. Assessments already sent keep the version they started on, so a past decision is always read against the questions actually asked.
- Export to Excel or CSV to work on it with colleagues, and import it back. A file with problems is rejected whole, with row numbers.
See it with your own suppliers.
We are looking for a small number of early customers to pilot it with. Tell us how you look after suppliers today and we will show you how it would work for you.
