Changes, decisions, downloads and exports are recorded in an append-only history. Export a decision record, your register or everything you hold.
An honest audit history
- Each entry records who did what, to which record, when, from where, with a summary of before and after.
- The application can add to the history but has no permission to change or delete it, and the database rejects any attempt.
- We call it append-only, not tamper-proof: someone with full control of the database server could still alter it.
Exports
- A complete decision record as a PDF to read and a JSON file for your own systems.
- The whole supplier register as a CSV.
- Everything your organisation holds, so leaving is always possible.
- Every export and every download is itself recorded.
