Supplier register
One list of who you rely on, and for what.
Bring in the spreadsheet you already keep. Every legal entity, every service you buy from it, and a named owner for each.
Import without the clean-up afterwards
- Upload a CSV of up to thousands of suppliers. The import runs in the background and shows its progress, and running it again does not create duplicates.
- Possible duplicates are shown before anything is saved: first by company number and jurisdiction, then by normalised name and web domain.
- Rows with problems are listed, and you can download them as a CSV to fix and try again.
- Owner assignments in your file are kept, so every service has someone responsible from day one.
Entities and services kept apart
- A supplier is a legal entity. Each service you buy from it is a separate engagement with its own owner, exposure and decision.
- Exposure is recorded per service: the data it handles, its access to your systems, how much you rely on it, how replaceable it is and where it operates.
- Sensitive data, privileged access or a critical dependency means enhanced review is needed, so the deeper questions are asked only where they matter.
Owners for everything
Every service has a business owner who gets the actions and reminders for it.
Statuses that mean something
Active, archived, offboarding and offboarded, so retired suppliers stop generating work but keep their history.
Find things quickly
Search the register by name and filter it by where each review has got to.
See it with your own suppliers.
We are looking for a small number of early customers to pilot it with. Tell us how you look after suppliers today and we will show you how it would work for you.
