Monitoring
Work arrives when something changes, with a name on it.
Expiring evidence, due conditions, overdue reviews and declared changes become actions with an owner and a date, and nothing is re-rated without a person deciding.
What creates work
- Evidence coming up to expiry, conditions reaching their due date, and reviews falling due under your policy.
- Default review intervals are every six months for high and critical, yearly for moderate and every two years for low. You can change them.
- Changes a supplier declares, such as a new hosting location, create a proposed review for a person to triage.
- Each event creates exactly one action, even if it is processed twice.
Checks you can see working
- The daily check shows when it last succeeded and when it is next due. If it fails, it looks like a failure, never like a quiet day.
- Invitation emails that fail are retried with increasing gaps and are never sent twice. Bounces are shown on the invitation.
- Archived suppliers stop generating reminders and monitoring, and keep their history.
See it with your own suppliers.
We are looking for a small number of early customers to pilot it with. Tell us how you look after suppliers today and we will show you how it would work for you.
