Why it exists
Supplier reviews should not live in inboxes.
Businesses with 50 to 500 people are often asked by their own customers, insurers and auditors how they choose and watch over their suppliers. Most answer with spreadsheets, emailed questionnaires and memory.
What they need is a clear record: what was asked, what came back, what was decided, by whom, and what has changed since.

Every decision is recorded by a named person with their reasons. The software organises the evidence; it never makes the call.
Traceable to the evidence
A decision always points at the exact documents and versions it relied on, so it can be explained long after the people involved have moved on.
No verdicts on suppliers
We do not rate suppliers, publish scores or say who is safe. A decision applies to one service, for one use, in one organisation.
Unknown means unknown
Missing or expired information is shown as exactly that. A failed check looks like a failure, never like a quiet day.
Honest about limits
We say what a fingerprint, an audit history or a certificate does and does not prove, in the product and on this site.
Your data, kept apart
Each customer’s records are separated by the database itself, stored in London, and always available to export.
