A calm place for suppliers to answer, once.
Suppliers get a link to the address you invited. They set up an account, answer at their own pace, hand questions to colleagues and attach what they already have.
Built for the person on the other side
- Only the invited address can open an invitation. The supplier chooses a password or signs in with their Microsoft work account.
- Answers save as they go, so a questionnaire can be finished over several sittings.
- Any question can be handed to a colleague, who gets their own email and sees just what they need.
- Questions branch: a supplier only sees what applies to the service and the depth of review you need.
Their documents stay theirs
- Evidence belongs to the supplier’s own organisation. You see the versions they have shared with you through the invitation.
- When something changes, such as a new hosting location, a supplier can tell you from the portal. It reaches you as a change to review.
- Suppliers never see your reviewers’ notes, findings, risks or decisions. That is enforced by the database, not just hidden in the screens.
